Founder and President
Prior to becoming a founder and Principal of Phoenix Broadband,
Power Agent Systems’ Parent Company, Walt was Vice President of
OEM and International Marketing for AM Communications Inc. In this
capacity, Walt has been all over the world developing re-seller
channels and building relationships with end-use customers.
As a 20+ year veteran of the Cable TV industry, Walt has extensive
field operations experience with a major Cable MSO. Well known by
top-level managers at MSO's and OEM's worldwide, Walt brings to
Phoenix Broadband a solid understanding of the real-world needs of
our customers, combined with excellent personal and business
skills.
Power Agent Systems’ Parent Company, Walt was Vice President of

With more than two decades of experience developing, testing,
deploying and supporting emerging technology in the cable industry,
Minturn was most recently the top executive managing the multi-
million dollar Comcast Account for RealNetworks. Concurrently,
Minturn was an investor and Chairman of the Board of AgentArts until
the company was sold in 2007 to Fast Networks (which has recently
entered into a purchase agreement with Microsoft).
Highlights of Minturn’s career include start ups (At Home Networks,
Fine Point Technologies) and the growth and sale of Auburn
Cablevision to Harron Communications during Minturn’s tenure as
Auburn Cable’s CEO. Minturn earned a BA in Political Science at
Kenyon College and a Masters in Media Administration at the
Newhouse School at Syracuse University.
